Terms of service

MyGCMS helps you prepare, validate, and submit Access to Information and Privacy Act requests for GCMS Notes, CBSA Notes, and Complete IRCC Records. We prepare a review-ready request package, including a pre-filled IMM 5744 consent form, and direct you to the official Government of Canada ATIP Online Request Service to complete the filing. Authorized staff review each request before it is released for filing.

MyGCMS does not provide legal or immigration advice, legal opinions, or document interpretation. Any summaries or guidance are informational only. MyGCMS is not affiliated with IRCC, CBSA, or the Government of Canada, and we cannot guarantee any outcome or processing time for a government request.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Provide accurate information exactly as filed with IRCC or CBSA;
• Sign the IMM 5744 consent form in blue ink — electronic signatures are not accepted;
• Obtain proper consent where you request records about another person;
• Use the service lawfully and not to request records you are not entitled to.

Government fees are set by the Government of Canada: $5 CAD per Access to Information request (GCMS Notes and Complete IRCC Records); Privacy Act requests (including CBSA Notes) carry no government fee. Our service fee is disclosed before you submit and is separate from any government fee. We do not mark up government fees.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner, submit false information, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

The MyGCMS platform, brand, and content are owned by Zahata Global Inc.. You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide, and grant us the limited licence necessary to prepare and submit your request.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zahata Global Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays, refusals, or decisions made by IRCC, CBSA, or any government body.

You agree to indemnify Zahata Global Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
